here at betterplan design, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service to you, the customer. below you will find a simple form for which we will be able to provide you with a guaranteed price for producing working drawings and liasing with the relevant authorities.

we do not add any hidden extra's and will guide you through the planning, design and building regulation phases from inception stage to plans approval and can even advise you of reliable contractors in your area once your design plans are passed*

our fully inclusive price includes for the following :

  • initial property survey and scheme overview discussions with yourselves to ensure you are satisfied with our suggested proposals
  • production of A1 scale working drawings - generally approx 10 copies for the local authorities, yourselves and your appointed contractor/builder
  • all relevant forms relating to planning permission and building regulations submission filled out for you and we act as the agent taking all the stress and strain away
  • ordnance survey location plans - generally an extra cost from the council of approx £25 per application
  • liason with the local authorities throughout the planning stages (approx eight weeks from submission see our f.a.q.'s) and any minor amendments that may be required to obtain approval - although we always consult with you to ensure any changes are satisfactory
  • prices quoted include for planning submission AND building regulations submissions. should you not require planning services or building regulations services for whatever reason we will be able to offer a discounted price

we believe our service is second to none and receive many recommendations and referrals due to our friendly professional cost effective approach
