we will get involved to such a degree as you wish and will guide you through the planning and design process from start to finish. we act as the agent when submitting planning applications to take care of the complicated bits. the planning process for an extension is usually an eight week timescale from submission of drawing to hopeful approval. drawings are usually prepared within two to three weeks after a site survey so the whole process can be handed to a contractor on site within 3 months from your first conversation with us.

this is a particular area of expertise and we have designed and overseen the construction of some fantastic homes in our time, from bespoke smaller units limited by site constraints up to luxury 8 bedroomed mansions and beyond. we are also vastly experienced with housing estate design from back garden schemes through to master site infrastructures so if you have land that you'd like to obtain planning permission on we are able to assist with this.

we can provide basic planning services should you wish to merely obtain planning for a later date via outline approval or we can assist with project management of larger schemes and provide the full service including building regulation type approvals and such requirements as Heat loss calculations, Sound testing requirements, air pressure testing contacts and other problems you may encounter when building a complete property or multi house developments.
